Common Questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Day One Dad. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app, in the Me tab. This action cannot be undone.

How is my data handled?

Is Day One Dad medical advice?

No. Day One Dad provides general educational and supportive information for new fathers. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician, doctor, or your partner's healthcare provider for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
